Adult Education

1. BASIC LITERACY & NUMERACY PROGRAMME

Target: Those who never finished primary, cannot read/write well.

Language & Communication Level Required:

• Must be able to speak - Any Nigerian language or Pidgin English - Basic speaking
• No reading/writing required - We will teach you from scratch - A-B-C, reading small words
• No addition/subtraction required - We teach counting from 1

Other Requirements:

• 18+ years, phone + WhatsApp, valid ID, 1 passport photo.

2. PRIMARY SCHOOL COMPLETION - PRIMARY 4-6

Target: Those who stopped in primary school.

Language & Communication Level Required:

• Speaking: Must be able to speak Pidgin or basic English - Make simple sentences
• Reading: Must be able to read small English words - e.g., "come, go, book"
• Writing: Must be able to write your name and copy words from board
• Maths: Must be able to count 1-100 and do simple addition - e.g., 5+3, subtraction 10-2

Other Requirements:

• 18+ years, Primary 1-3 result if available (if not, assessment), phone + Zoom, valid ID, passport photo.

3. JUNIOR SECONDARY COMPLETION - JSS 1-3

Target: Those who stopped after primary or JSS 1-2.

Language & Communication Level Required:

• Speaking: Must speak English fairly - Can introduce self, answer questions in English
• Reading: Must read short sentences and small paragraphs - e.g., primary 6 English textbook
• Writing: Must write simple sentences with some errors allowed - e.g., "My name is... I live in..."
• Maths: Must do addition, subtraction, multiplication, division - e.g., 12x4, 50÷5, simple fractions

Other Requirements:

• 18+ years, primary leaving certificate if available, phone + Zoom, valid ID, passport photo.

4. SENIOR SECONDARY COMPLETION - SSS 1-3 - ARTS/COMMERCIAL/SCIENCE

Target: Those who stopped in JSS 3 or SSS 1-2.

Language & Communication Level Required:

• Speaking: Must speak English fluently enough to participate in Zoom class - Can ask and answer questions
• Reading: Must read and understand JSS 3 English comprehension passages
• Writing: Must write short essays - 100-150 words - e.g., "My Village", with basic punctuation
• Maths: Must know BODMAS, fractions, decimals, percentages, simple algebra - e.g., solve x+5=12, calculate 15% of 200
• Computer: Must be able to type on phone keyboard and send message on WhatsApp

Other Requirements:

• 18+ years, JSS 3/BECE result if available (if not, entrance test), choose 1 Nigerian language + 1 foreign language, phone/laptop + Zoom, valid ID, passport photo, must do 1 compulsory career course.

5. WAEC GCE / NECO GCE / NABTEB PRIVATE INTENSIVE - 6 MONTHS CRASH

Target: Those who finished SSS but need credit in English/Maths or need certificate.

Language & Communication Level Required:

• Speaking: Good spoken English - Can contribute in class discussion
• Reading: Must read and understand SS3 textbooks, past questions, exam instructions without help
• Writing: Must write essays 200-250 words with clear paragraphs, grammar, and comprehension answers
• Maths: Must know full JSS & SSS maths - Algebra, simultaneous equations, trigonometry basics, statistics - e.g., solve 2x+3y=12, calculate mean
• Study Skill: Must be able to study 2-3 hours daily, watch recordings, do assignment and submit on Google Classroom

Other Requirements:

• 18+ years, NIN compulsory for registration, 2 passport photos white background, email + phone + Zoom, exam fee not included (WAEC GCE ₦27k-₦32k, NECO GCE ₦22k-₦30k), must go to accredited centre near you for biometric capture once. We register our students through accredited centres. In future we hope our physical school will be accredited to make registration easier.

6. GED PRIVATE INTENSIVE - 6 MONTHS - AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOL EQUIVALENT

Language & Communication Level Required:

• Speaking: Intermediate English speaking - Can discuss topics in English
• Reading: Must read and understand English passages, graphs, charts - GED level - Grade 9-12 level
• Writing: Must write essay 300-400 words - GED Extended Response style - With introduction, body, conclusion
• Maths: Must do arithmetic, percentages, ratios, algebra, geometry basics - e.g., area of circle, linear equations
• Computer: Must have laptop - GED is computer-based - Must be able to use mouse, keyboard, type 40+ words per minute

Other Requirements:

• 18+ years, valid passport/NIN, email, laptop compulsory, GED fee $80 per subject x 4 = $320 paid to GED Testing Service, exam at approved CBT centre, must do 1 career course.

7. CAMBRIDGE IGCSE PRIVATE - 9-12 MONTHS

Language & Communication Level Required:

• Speaking: Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English - Can debate, present in class
• Reading: Must read and analyze IGCSE past papers, articles, literature texts
• Writing: Must write 400-500 word essays, reports, formal letters with good grammar and vocabulary
• Maths: Must have strong JSS-SSS maths foundation - Algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics
• Computer: Laptop compulsory, must be able to do online research, use Word/Excel

Other Requirements:

• 18+ years, good English foundation (placement test), choose minimum 5 subjects (English & Maths compulsory), valid ID, IGCSE fee ₦80k-₦150k per subject paid to British Council approved centre, laptop, must do 1 career course.

8. COMPUTER & DIGITAL LITERACY - ADD-ON

Language & Communication Level Required:

• Speaking: Basic English or Pidgin - Able to follow instructions
• Reading: Able to read small English words on phone/computer screen
• Writing: Able to type your name and simple words on phone
• Maths: Basic counting - No advanced maths needed

Other Requirements:

• 18+ years, phone (laptop recommended).

9. CAREER & SKILL TRAINING - 100% ONLINE - COMPULSORY FOR ALL ADULT STUDENTS

Language & Communication Level Required:

• Speaking: Basic to Intermediate English - Can speak in class
• Reading: Can read course slides and instructions
• Writing: Can type messages, write simple captions/product descriptions
• Maths: Depends on course - Data Analysis/Bookkeeping needs addition, percentages, Excel basics. Digital Marketing/Copywriting/Virtual Assistance needs only basic maths.

Other Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in any adult programme, choose ONE course, phone or laptop + internet, certificate + portfolio at end.
