ARFET Paid Undergraduate Internship Program 2026/2027

This is an UNDERGRADUATE INTERNSHIP, NOT GRADUATE INTERNSHIP.

CAN APPLY:

ND Students preparing for SIWES/IT - Must have SIWES letter
300 Level University students preparing for internship - Must have internship letter
SSCE/WAEC/NECO holders with work experience - Must not be more than 26 years

CANNOT APPLY - PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF:

You have graduated or serving NYSC, you are in 100L, 200L, 400L, final year, you don't have internship letter (except SSCE category), you don't live around Ibeju Lekki, you are above 26, you don't have laptop & Android phone.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Working Laptop & Android Phone - Compulsory - Verified on interview day
Live around Ibeju Lekki - Ajah to Epe - Can come onsite 2-3 times weekly
Internship letter from school - For ND and 300L
Good data and power backup

OPEN POSITIONS:

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND PARTNERSHIP INTERN 2 Slots

What you will do: Source private schools online for ARFET consulting services - IT & Portal/CBT Setup, School Management, Staff Recruitment, Uniform Production. Pitch services to school owners, book meetings, follow up leads on WhatsApp/calls, prepare partnership proposals, update records in Google Sheets, weekly report to CEO.

Skills Needed: Good communication and persuasion, can use Google Sheets, Docs, Canva. Smart corporate look. SSCE with sales experience can apply if not more than 26.

2. STUDENTS AND CLIENTS MARKETING INTERN 3 Slots

What you will do: Market ARFET programs - JAMB, WAEC, IELTS, Skills Academy, Study Abroad, UNICAF. Create and post engaging contents on WhatsApp Status, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. Respond to DMs and WhatsApp inquiries promptly. Do WhatsApp broadcast and follow up. Record short video reels of classes and testimonials with Android phone. Track inquiries.

Skills Needed: Must know how to use Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok. Good with Android phone video. Friendly, not shy, good writing.

3. STUDENT RECRUITMENT AND ADMISSIONS INTERN 2 Slots

What you will do: Attend to walk-in and online inquiries for JAMB, WAEC, IELTS, Skills, UNICAF. Counsel students on best program. Register students, collect documents, manage student files in Google Drive. Follow up prospective students. Conduct mobile CBT screening for new students. Prepare admission reports.

Skills Needed: ND/300L Education, Guidance & Counseling, Business Admin. Patient, neat with files, good with Google Forms, Sheets, Docs, WhatsApp and phone calls.

4. FASHION DESIGN AND GARMENT CONSTRUCTION INTERN 2 Slots

What you will do: Support Fashion department and School Uniform Production Unit. Assist in training fashion students - pattern drafting, cutting, sewing. Sew school uniforms and sport wear for client schools. Measure students in schools around Ibeju Lekki. Manage sewing machines, fabrics and inventory. Record production. Create fashion content. Assist in recruiting fashion students.

Skills Needed: ND Fashion Design, Home Economics, Clothing & Textile OR 300L Home Economics OR SSCE with proven sewing skill. Must know sewing, cutting, pattern drafting and use of industrial machine. Neat finishing, can teach others.

REMUNERATION AND CAREER GROWTH:

This is a Paid Internship Program.

Monthly Performance Commission - Earn monthly based on your performance and contribution. Terms and conditions apply.
End-of-Program Stipend & Performance Bonus - Paid upon successful completion of the 12-month program.
Possibility of Permanent Employment - Possibility of permanent employment after internship based on monthly performance assessment and at management discretion. Top performers will be retained as full-time staff.
