We come to your school and deliver the programme through practical, hands-on sessions.

12 Weeks / Term

  • Primary: Scratch games, traffic light LED, moving robot car, solar car.
  • JSS: Python calculator, obstacle avoiding robot, line follower, drone flight, 3D key holder, quiz app.
  • SS: AI face recognition, portfolio website, smart home bulb control via phone, smart dustbin.

Deliverable: 3 projects/term + certificate + end-term exhibition for parents.

2. Holiday Bootcamp - Easter, Summer, Christmas

1-2 weeks intensive Monday-Friday, 10am-2pm.

FAQ

What age can pupils start?

Primary 4, around age 9. Pupils should be able to read and type a little. Scratch uses drag-and-drop blocks. Smart Primary 3 pupils can be assessed.

Is it too hard for Primary 4?

No. Scratch blocks are designed to make programming approachable, and pupils learn by building simple games and projects.

Can you train our teachers?

Yes. Train-the-teacher for 2 weeks covering Scratch and Arduino - From ₦80k one-time - followed by optional termly supervision.

Can the school keep the kits?

Yes. Starter kits from ₦35k; classroom kits for 20 pupils from ₦400k one-time. Or rent kits through the club programme.

Can the school charge parents?

Yes. For example, a school can structure a STEM fee for participating pupils while ARFET provides the training and programme support.

Do pupils receive a certificate?

Yes - ARFET STEM Certificate + project video. The programme can be fun and foundational for primary pupils and portfolio-focused for SS3.
